About the role
ECOAAI is hiring a Data Analyst – Product Insights to join our product engineering team. You will work with AI-assisted delivery workflows, clear technical ownership, and practical shipping standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade features using SQL, Python, BI Dashboards.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and AI workflow teams to turn requirements into stable releases.
- Improve code quality, observability, documentation, and developer experience.
- Review pull requests, mentor teammates, and share practical engineering habits.
Requirements
- Middle experience with modern software development practices.
- Strong fundamentals in APIs, data modeling, testing, security, and performance.
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to speed up delivery while keeping human review strong.
- Good communication in distributed teams and a bias toward measurable outcomes.
