The onboarding process scales linearly — within 48 hours of your brief, we can have a team of any size fully operational with AI agents, GitHub access, and communication channels.

Our primary office is in Can tho City, Vietnam (ICT+7). This means we have a 10-13 hour overlap with US East Coast, and 6-8 hours with European time zones. Many of our developers have experience working with clients across US, EU, and APAC regions and are flexible with their working hours. We can schedule daily standup meetings at times convenient for you. For urgent matters, we offer 24/7 coverage through our AI agent infrastructure — AI agents work around the clock, and human escalation is available for critical issues at any time.

You receive a detailed monthly report showing exactly what was accomplished, hours used, and agent token consumption. There are no surprise invoices — every budget is pre-approved by you.

Absolutely. We believe direct communication is the foundation of successful collaboration. You’ll have direct Slack (or Microsoft Teams) access to your developers — not just a project manager. You can join their daily/weekly standup meetings, review their code in real-time through GitHub, and give feedback directly. We don’t believe in gatekeeping communication. The more you interact with your team, the better the outcomes.
